My dream for the future

I love culinary. I am going to the Career Tech Center in town. I worked at a McDonalds for awhile and the summer before that I worked at a Girl Scout Camp. At the camp I was a kitchen assistant and pretty much did everything I was legally able to. I just love it even though the hours are long and unpredictable.

In the future I want to own my own restaurant. I will probably start off working at a restaurant chain and work my way up, gaining experience all the while. When I have enough experience I am going to open up my own restaurant with my very good friend who also loves the culinary feild.

Another dream of mine for the future is to be a big influence to everyone. I don't want to be in politics because no one knows your name in politics, I want to be important, some one everyone knows. I want to change the community for the better because I know that being a teenager in Traverse City is not very fun, and I think it should be.
