Eligibility
CommunityTies.Us/Traverse is intended solely for users who are currently enrolled in Traverse City West High School or who are adults over the age of 18 and employed by a business located in Grand Traverse County.. Any registration by, use of or access to the website by others is in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Community Ties website, I agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Registration
In order to register and use the CommunityTies.Us/Traverse website, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by any registration forms on the website and to  maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Additionally, you are fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.

Basic Terms
1.  You must currently be a high school student at Traverse City West High School or an adult over the age of 18 and employed by a business located in Grand Traverse County..  
2.    You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your screen name.
3.    You are responsible for keeping your password private and secure.
4.    You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users.
5.    You may not use the CommunityTies.Us/Traverse service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6.    You are responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display. To assure the safety of our youth, only photographs of individuals in professional attire are acceptable.
7.    You must not modify, adapt or hack CommunityTies.Us/Traverse or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with CommunityTies.Us/Traverse
8.    You must not create or submit unwanted email to any CommunityTies.Us/Traverse members.
9.    You must not use CommunityTies.Us/Traverse violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
10.    You are responsible for helping us to monitor CommunityTies.Us/Traverse and promptly report any violations of these terms.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your CommunityTies.Us/Traverse account. CommunityTies.Us/Traverse prohibits such conduct and content on its site and will remove it promptly in response to complaints.. You nonetheless may be exposed to such materials  and that you use the Community Ties service at your own risk.
General Conditions
1.    We reserve the right to modify or terminate the CommunityTies.Us/Traverse service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2.    By registering with the CommunityTies.Us/Traverse website, you are granting permission for your registration data to be subject to verification through means including but not limited to a criminal history check and background check. .
3.    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4.    We reserve the right to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5.    You are solely responsible for the content that you display on or through the CommunityTies.Us/Traverse website.

Third Party Websites and Content
Users may not post links to other web sites nor post articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, and other content or items originating from third parties.
Disclaimers
CommunityTies.Us/Traverse reserves the right to change any and all content on the website at any time without notice. CommunityTies.Us/Traverse is not responsible or liable in any manner for any user content or third party websites. We provide rules for user conduct and we reserve the right to monitor what users share on the website and will hold users responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content they post.
Termination
CommunityTies.Us/Traverse may terminate your membership and any content that you have posted on the Site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the website for any reason, or no reason, at any time, with or without notice, including if it believes that you are not adhering to the established terms and conditions.
